Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

If there are any questions you may have, please call or email us.  We want you to be involved in the process as much as you want to be.

1.  How long does a video take to edit and produce?

Usually this depends upon the length of the video, and amount of raw footage that needs to be reviewed.  Average 4 minute video edited from 2 hours of video takes around 2 weeks.  Rush requests are provided at a premium.

2.   Why are video editing and production so expensive.

Reviewing and editing footage is labor intensive.  It takes many man-hours and many revisions to make it perfect for you.  On-site quotes include equipment & travel costs.  Quality is never compromised otherwise our reputation suffers.  We want you to brag about us!

3.  My video looks fuzzy.  why?

An edited video is only as good as the raw footage, so old unclear video cannot be changed, just edited.

4.  Do you shoot videos at functions?

No, however  we do video productions at events and functions such as weddings, parties, corporate events, Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, etc.  We work in conjunction with your  videographer to capture moments more artistically and to your specifications.

5.  What about copyright issues?

    Please review our Disclaimer.

6.  Are the videos used for marketing.

Absolutely not!  The final edited video is your sole property.  We do not share information about our clients or their videos.  All raw footage is sent back to the original owner.

7.  What about shipping film or video, and the cost of this?

We use FedEx or an equivalent shipping method, all shipped with media safe packaging.  We pay for shipping costs.  You will get an email with a prepaid shipping label.  It's that simple.
